• Online registration is Open. It is recommended that you complete your registration online preferably by 5 October 2023 and kindly fill out or update the flight and hotel information for logistic arrangements.
• You are required to have the approval of your State CAA or International Organization prior to registration. States/Administrations and other invited organizations are requested to send the names of their authorized delegation preferably along with passport numbers to the ICAO APAC Office by email: apac@icao.int with a copy to registration@dgca58.gov.bd prior to any individual registration.

  This is not applicable to invited Panelists, Exhibitors, Sponsors and ICAO.

• After your registration is completed, you can update your flight and hotel information upon login from Update Registration page for logistic arrangements by 5 October 2023.
• Cancellation of registration is only possible through e-mail. If you wish to cancel your registration, please email us to the DGCA Registration Desk at registration@dgca58.gov.bd.
